Gift card
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to Bracket gift cards purchased at a Bracket outlet. By purchasing our gift card, you accept these terms and conditions. Bracket reserves the right to interpret, amend or terminate these terms and conditions without notice. The most recent terms and conditions can always be found at bracketofficial.com.
Our giftcards can be redeemed in every Bracket branch and online at bracketofficial.com. The Bracket gift card must be spent in one transaction to pay for the item of your choice. If your purchase is not fully covered by the gift card you may use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.
2. Validity
Each purchase of Bracket giftcards is limited to a maximum value of € 300. The minimum value for a Bracket giftcard is € 10.
The Bracket giftcard is valid for 5 years from the date of issue. At the end of the validity period, the giftcard can no longer be used and the outstanding amount will be forfeited. The remaining value will not be refunded.
Bracket gift cards can be used once.
3. Returns
If you have paid for an order with a gift card, it will be routed through a new gift card.
4. Return guarantee
Under the Distance Selling Act, you always have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days (from the day of delivery).

5. Liability
Once activated, Bracket is not liable for Bracket gift cards that are lost, stolen, deactivated or damaged. Treat your Bracket gift card as cash.
6. Privacy policy
Bracket acts as the responsible party for all personal information you provide to Bracket. Therefore, Bracket has a privacy policy that sets out how your personal data will be processed and protected.
