Frequently Asked Questions

Use the 'Add to basket' button to add a product. Would you like to order several copies? Adjust the number in the shopping basket and click on 'Update Basket'.
The 'Continue Shopping' button takes you back to the shop.
Finished shopping? Click 'Checkout'.

The order will be delivered via DPD.

  • Choose your payment method:

    • iDEAL
    • PayPal
    • Do you have a discount code? Fill it in and click on 'Apply Coupon'.
  • You will receive an overview of your order. Don't forget to check your order?

    • Is everything correct? You can finalise your order with the 'Checkout' button.
    • Do you want to change something? Click on 'Continue Shopping' and change your order.
  • There is no warranty on the products delivered by BRACKET, only an exchange warranty in case the product is defective upon delivery. 

    This is all due to the fact that the products offered by BRACKET do not have and do not require any manufacturer's warranty. When using the products, care should be taken not to bring them into contact with any harmful external factors.

  • We naturally hope that you are satisfied with our products.

    We understand that this is not always the case and therefore apply a trial period of 14 days. This period starts on the day the order is placed.
    If you wish to make use of the option to return a product, please send an e-mail to [email protected], stating your name and order number. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with further instructions.

    Products that you return must always be returned undamaged, unopened, in the original packaging and with sufficient postage.
    It may happen that a return is lost. 

    Bracket Official will not compensate for any damage caused by missing mail.

    If the return meets all the above conditions, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days, excluding the shipping costs charged.

  • We aim to dispatch the order within 2 working days. 

    So it could be that you place an order on Monday and it only arrives a week later. We work from Monday to Friday. No work is done at the weekend.

    I have not received a shipping confirmation, how do I solve this?
    It is possible that these are being blocked by the spam filter of your e-mail program. We advise you to check the spam filter settings and adjust them if necessary. If you cannot solve the problem, please contact us, we will be happy to help you.

Bracket about the future

In 2020, BRACKET was revived under the flag of J. Ottenheijm.com. As a result, the focus of Bracket has shifted to signature caps, signature t-shirts, swimming wear and other signature clothing.
