1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these General Conditions:

"bracketoofficial.nl" is the name of the website and is owned by Bracket, based in Helmond.
Bracket. is registered in the trade register of Chamber of Commerce Eindhoven.
"Reception confirmation' means: the acknowledgement of receipt, as defined in Article 3.2 of these Conditions.
"Product': the product or products by the conclusion of an agreement between Bracket and you must be delivered to you by or via bracketofficial.nl within an agreed period, for which you must pay a price determined by us.
"Conditions': these terms and conditions.

2. ACCESSABILITY

2.1 All offers, orders and agreements concluded via the Bracket website to which Bracket is a party are subject to these Terms and Conditions, excluding any other terms and conditions. By entering into an agreement between you and Bracket by the procedure described in Article 3 of these Terms, you expressly accept these Terms.
2.2 The provisions of these Terms may be waived only after written approval by Bracket, in which case the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force.
2.3 All rights and claims, as stipulated in these Terms and in any further agreements for the benefit of Bracket, are also stipulated for the benefit of intermediaries and other third parties engaged by Bracket.
2.4 Bracket has the right to modify these Terms and the content of its website.

3. OFFERS / AGREEMENTS

3.1 All offers made on the Bracket website are non-binding until you have received the Receiving Confirmation. If Bracket has to increase the purchase price of the product, he will immediately inform you in writing (by letter or e-mail). In that case, you have the power to terminate this agreement by notifying Bracket in writing (by letter or e-mail).
3.2 The agreement between Bracket and you will be concluded at the moment after you:
(a) have placed an order on the Bracket website by completing the form fully and correctly on the Bracket website;
(b) then clicked on the send button on the Bracket website;
(c) you have subsequently confirmed that the information provided by you is correct;
(d) a confirmation from Bracket at your e-mail address that Bracket has received your order (the "Receipt Confirmation"). If Bracket cannot reasonably be required to comply with the agreement with you, the Acknowledgement will not be sent.
3.3 The acknowledgement of receipt shall contain at least the following information:
(a) a description of the product purchased by you and the number of products purchased by you;
(b) the price of the product;
(c) your name, address, address, invoice address (if different from your home address and/or delivery address), your email address and your telephone number;
(d) the delivery period of the product;
(e) the order number of the contract;
(f) the email address of Bracket, where you can ask questions about your order.
3.4 The agreement contains all agreements made between you and Bracket and replaces all agreements, arrangements and/or agreements previously made between you and Bracketbracelets.nl.
3.5 The administration of Bracket shall, subject to counter evidence, as proof of the orders and payments made by you to Bracket and of deliveries made by Bracket.Bracket acknowledges that electronic communication can serve as proof. By accepting the conditions you also acknowledge this.

4.CARE AND CARE COSTS

4.1 All prices for the goods offered are in Euros, excluding VAT and other taxes imposed by the public authorities.
4.2 The risk during the transport of the product you ordered is for Bracket. At the time of delivery of the product, the risk of the product passes to you, subject to the liabilities that are not legally incurred by Bracket. It is not possible to exclude them.
4.3 Delivery costs are never included in the selling price unless indicated/offered.
4.4 so much shorter than is stipulated in the agreement between you and Bracket. The delivery times specified by Bracket will not be regarded as a fatal deadline, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4.5 If the agreed delivery period is exceeded by Bracket for any reason, Bracket will immediately notify you in writing (by letter or e-mail). In that case, you have the power to terminate the agreement with Bracket by notifying Bracket in writing (by letter or e-mail).
4.6 Standard deliveries take place only within the Netherlands. By appointment we can also deliver elsewhere.

6. RETURN

6.1 Uncommon Goods can be returned within 14 working days of receipt if notified in advance via info@bracketoofficial.nl. The goods must be delivered in unused, original and undamaged packaging.
lo Bracket reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the amount already paid if there is a suspicion that the product has already been opened, used or damaged by your fault (other than that of Bracket or the supplier of the product).
6.3 Shelf life If a product is returned which, in the opinion of Bracket, has suffered damage due to an act or negligence on your part or otherwise comes before your risk, Bracket will notify you in writing (by letter or e-mail). Bracket has the right to withhold the depreciation of the product due to this damage of the amount to be refunded to you.
6.4 The costs incurred to return a product are initially for the buyer, in consultation an appropriate response is given.

7. GUARANTEES

7.1 There is no guarantee on the products supplied by Bracket, but only if the product is defective upon delivery. All this given that the products offered by Bracket do not have factory guarantees and do not require them. When using the products, be careful not to put them in contact with any external harmful factors.

8. COMPLAINTS

8.1 All complaints relating to the delivery, quality, quality of the product or any other complaint will be taken seriously by Bracket.

8.3 Bracket will try to resolve the complaint within 10 days. Bracket will send you written (by letter or e-mail) or telephone messages.
