1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to Bracket gift cards purchased in a Bracket branch. By buying our gift card you accept these terms and conditions. Bracket reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate the terms and conditions without notice. The most recent conditions can always be found on bracketofficial.com.

Our gift cards can be redeemed at any Bracket branch and online at bracketofficial.com. The Bracket gift card must be issued in one time to pay an item of your choice. If your purchase is not fully covered by the gift card, you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.

2. Validity

Each arrival of Bracket gift cards is limited to a maximum value of € 300. The minimum value for a Bracket gift card is € 10...

The Bracket gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of issue. Upon expiry of the period of validity, the gift card can no longer be used and the outstanding amount expires. The remaining value will not be refunded.

Bracket gift cards can be used once.

3. Returns

If you have paid for an order with a gift card, it will be executed through a new gift card.

4. Return Guarantee

Under the Buy or Distance Act you are always entitled to withdraw the purchase contract within 14 days (from the day of delivery)

Once activated, Bracket is not liable for Bracket gift cards lost, stolen, deactivated or damaged. Treat your Bracket gift card as cash.
